Login and password problems

Some students may be having problems logging in. Anyone who has a log-in password with 7 characters or less is being affected.

This is because there have been some changes to passwords in the Google environment, and in response we have had to make some urgent changes to the Password Service at very short notice.

This means all University network passwords must now have 8 characters or more.

Anyone who has a password with 7 characters or less will need to change their password at https://password.westminster.ac.uk/forms/PasswordSetForm.aspx.
